About the Provider
Dr. Noreldin is a pulmonologist, intensive care specialist and sleep specialist with extensive knowledge and experience relating to patient diagnosis and treatment of various conditions that impact the lungs. He provides a wide range of services that address health issues such as asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, COPD and pulmonary hypertension among others. Many lung and heart conditions present similar symptoms which allows Dr. Noreldin to work with cardiologists, as well as other healthcare providers, while diagnosing and treating patients. He works with other specialists to provide a full range of perspective to patients when diagnosing and designing care plans.
Dr. Noreldin attended medical school at Ain Shams University of Medicine, Cairo, Egypt. His Residency and Fellowship included serving patients at the Hackensack University Medical Center, New Jersey Medical School, University of Massachusetts Medical School and Saint Vincent Hospital. He is a member and frequent lecturer for the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. He is one of a very limited number of specialists in the field of pulmonary hypertension. Dr. Noreldin's patients also benefit from his years of experience including positions such as Chief of Staff and Chair of the Department of Medicine as well as private practice knowledge. His background also includes teaching at Saint Vincent Hospital and providing care at Athol Memorial Hospital and Clinton Hospital. Dr. Noreldin is the distinguished recipient of multiple teaching awards from Saint Vincent Hospital and has extensive publications on many subjects supporting information on lung diseases. Dr. Noreldin has been a long time resource for area healthcare organizations where he has held a variety of positions such Advisory Board member and Board of Trustees advisor.
